predicted finish
based on current fitness
● <5mi
● 5-10mi
● 10mi+ (what matters)
how fast you run per heartbeat. higher = fitter. as your aerobic base builds, this line goes up — you're covering more ground for less cardiac cost. filters: runs 3mi+ only, must have heart rate data, excludes activities named "walk" or slower than 25:00/mi pace.
how much your HR rises from the first half to the second half of a run. compares avg HR of first-half laps vs second-half laps from your Garmin. under 5% on long runs = marathon ready. over 10% = went out too hard or aerobic base needs work. filters: runs 3mi+ with 4+ Garmin laps that have HR data, excludes walks.
